Strike-Skills - Episode 13 - The Roundhouse Kick

Matt Lippincott is a 6th Degree Black Belt in Moo Duk kwan Tae Kwon Do, a 1st Degree Black Belt in Jidokwan Tae Kwon Do, a Black Belt in Krav Maga, and a Brown Sash in Hwa Rang Do. He is a former multi-time state Olympic Tae Kwon Do champion and national competitor, and has been affiliated with the World Tae Kwon Do Federation, the United States Tae Kwon Do Association, the United States Tae Kwon Do Union and the World Hwa Rang Do Association. Over the past 32 years Matt has also studied Hapkido, Brazilian Jujitsu, Aikido and Wing Chun.

Elana Mullins is 33 years old and a wife and mother of 3 children. She began martial arts as a child around the age of 9 in the style of Kenpo. Then in 2014 she began taking Krav Maga for self defense and fitness purposes. It quickly became her passion. Elana has now reached level 5 in Krav Maga and has gotten her black shirt. Elana has also been practicing Taekwondo for almost a year and a half and has recently become the 2016 Triple Crown Texas State Champion in forms, sparring and combat sparring, and 2016 District Champ (4 states) in Sparring. She began taking Taekwondo to develop her precision and flexibility. Elana aims to instruct the Women's Krav Maga Self Defense Program and branch off and teach some fitness classes as well, such as Pilates.
